Privacy Notice
Effective August 22, 2026
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank statements, tax returns, account credentials, or other sensitive documents through the public scenario form. Qualified applicants will receive instructions for an approved secure document-delivery method.
Information we collect
We may collect information you voluntarily submit, including your name, company, telephone number, email address, property and transaction details, requested financing, and communications with us. We may also collect routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and website activity through hosting, security, and analytics services.
How information is used
Information may be used to review a financing inquiry, communicate with you, identify potentially relevant business-purpose financing options, refer or submit a scenario to appropriate financing providers with your authorization, maintain records, prevent fraud, improve the website, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with financing providers, processors, service providers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention or compliance vendors, and government authorities when reasonably necessary for the requested service or required by law. Information submitted for a financing request is not a promise that it will be shared with every provider or that financing will be offered.
Communications
When you submit an inquiry, Capital Shift and relevant financing providers may contact you by phone or email about that request. You may ask to stop marketing communications at any time. Transactional or legally required communications may continue where permitted.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission is completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for business, legal, compliance, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping purposes.
Your choices
