It is not intended for a primary residence, second home, household expense, or other personal, family, or consumer purpose.

Website content is general information and does not constitute an application, approval, loan estimate, commitment to lend, rate lock, guarantee, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. Submission of a scenario creates no obligation for Capital Shift or any financing provider.

Program availability

Programs, terms, leverage, loan amounts, documentation, rates, fees, and eligibility vary by transaction, property, jurisdiction, market conditions, and provider. All financing is subject to underwriting, due diligence, satisfactory documentation, valuation, title, legal review, and final approval by the applicable provider.

Your representations

By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorized to provide it, and that the proposed financing is exclusively for a legitimate business or investment purpose. Do not impersonate another person or submit confidential information without authority.

Third-party services
